	About Us THISTLE TRAILS is run by husband and wife team Robert & Barbara Webb. Rob has 20+ years in walking / mountaineering throughout the British Isles and also in Europe. Rob is a qualified Walking Group Leader, following training and assessment under the Mountain Leader Training board guidelines. He has also attended First Aid training (specifically designed for outdoors leaders) and holds a current certificate.  Where Are We? We are in the village of Arrochar at the head of Loch Long and less than two miles from Loch Lomond.
