2010 Terms & Conditions
Reservations:
For the week commencing April 2nd until week commencing October 22nd,
bookings will only be accepted on payment of £150 deposit. Christmas
and New Year bookings will only be confirmed on payment of a 50%
deposit.
You may pay the total cost of the booking any time up to four weeks
before the start date of your holiday - if payment is not received
within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without
refunding your deposit.
Bookings within 4 weeks of your holiday: If you book within four weeks
of the start of your holiday, the whole cost of the holiday
accommodation must be received within five days of the telephoned or
written booking. Payment may be made by cheque (with bankers card
number) or bank transfer.
Cancellations:
Cancellations may be advised by telephone, but must be confirmed in
writing or by fax. Cancellations made within four weeks of the start
date of your holiday will result in the loss of the deposit.
Arrival and Departure:
Your cottage will be available from 4pm on the date of arrival. If you
arrive earlier in the day, with prior arrangement, you are welcome to
leave your luggage whilst your cottage is being prepared. On the day of
departure, you are required to vacate your cottage by 10am at the
latest, so we may prepare for the next guests.
Pets & Animals:
No pets or animals are
permitted.
Breakages:
Guests undertake to keep the property in the same state of repair and
condition in which it was found at the commencement of the holiday. All
breakages must be reported and may be payable.
Occupancy:
The cottage can
accommodate a maximum of 4 people, and must not exceed this amount. The
cottage is strictly non-smoking in all areas.
Complaints:
We aim to provide you with
the best holiday possible, but in the event of a complaint, we do ask
that you bring it to our attention immediately in order that the matter
can be resolved promptly.
Insurance:
We strongly
recommend that you take out standard holiday insurance for your stay. |
