Booking is made by email or telephone after confirming availability. Payment can be cash, cleared cheque, or by credit/debit card. The rental includes towels, linen, light and heating. The flat is service cleaned before the let. In this way the first class quality is maintained and guests do not need to make their own arrangements. It is, however, appreciated that guests leave the flat in the way it is found: clean and tidy. Alternatively, a £25 cleaning charge may be applied/taken from the deposit. The rental period starts at 3pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10am on the day of departure. Click here to download our booking form. Please email the completed form to bookings@glasgowa1selfcatering.co.uk PaymentA £50 deposit is required on booking with the full payment due on arrival.The deposit is retained until full payment is made and returned within 14 days subject to no losses or damage being incurred. If so breakage or damage would be recovered at cost.CancellationIn the event of a cancellation, payments will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-booked. An administration charge of £20 will be deducted from any refund. Visitors are advised to purchase travel insurance which covers cancellation costs.SmokingThe apartment has a strict no smoking policy. Visitors must refrain from smoking in the premises. Occupancy/AccessVisitors must not exceed the number of people stipulated for the property, and must not use the premises as a party venue. The owners retain the right of access to the apartment. Only persons listed on the booking form may occupy the accommodation allocated. We do not accept reservations from all male or female parties unless they are a family unit. All reservations must include a person of at least 25 years of age. Owners DiscretionThe owners reserve the right to refuse a booking, or to terminate a let should these terms and conditions not be met or if unreasonable behaviour or disturbance is caused during the let Access The flat is on the third floor and access is via six short set of stairs. It is, therefore, not suitable for people with disabilities, mobility problems and/or and breathing difficulties. Damages/loss
We endeavour to cover the cost of minor damages etc, but
reserve the right to charge for damages of a more extensive nature at
our reasonable and fair discretion. FORCEMAJEUR We can not accept responsibility or pay compensation for circumstances which amount to ‘force majeure’, which subsequently affect the provision of our service to you.
