This modern executive apartment has one luxury bedroom; however. sleeps up to 4 people. The apartment is in a historic private ‘gardens’ conversion located near the River Clyde and the modern financial district. It is the perfect base for visitors to Glasgow due to its central location, within walking distance to Glasgow's city centre, and minutes by taxi to the west end and south side, and adjacent to underground and main motorway links. Nearby are cinemas, major music venues, fantastic Indian restaurants, theatre and casino.

In equipping this apartment we were aware the discerning business and personal traveller prefers the intimacy and privacy of their own apartment when city visiting. This gas centrally heated apartment has all the modern comforts from home and offers outstanding modern furnishing and decor. The flat is equipped to suit business needs and has free private parking.

Enjoy the quality and style throughout this apartment from the extensive living / dining area with comfortable fabric suites, large (42 inch) on-wall television with freeview channels, CD player, with large dining table and extra chairs; all benefiting from an extensive space and tastefully dimmer fixed and localised lighting. Wi-Fi internet access is available through BT Openzone and there is a working area for the business traveller, with computer and printer. There is the tastefully furnished bedroom with a super king size bed (or two substantial single beds; whatever the preference), surrounded by Italian bedroom furniture, drawers, bedside table (with portable colour TV) and wall-hung mirrored wardrobe.

There is the modern bathroom with bath and shower over, with dimmer lights for that soothing bath after your journey. There is the fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven and hob, microwave, separate fridge and freezer, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, slow cookers, electric kettles, toaster, with substantial crockery/cutlery and everything the discerning diner would need to prepare a fine meal. The flat is on the third floor, so would not be suitable for disabled persons or people with breathing difficulties. No smoking in the flat. There is gas central heating and instantaneous hot water. Tea, coffee, sugar is available, with complementary fresh milk, bread, and biscuits, and fresh linen and towels on every arrival. A hair drier, iron, and ironing board are also available. In addition there is a welcome folder in the flat, with information on pubs, theatres and local restaurants and things to see and do in Glasgow.

We can offer corporate packages at specially discounted rates to discerning business users looking for a practical alternative to hotel accommodation. The rental period starts at 2pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10am on the day of departure. 3pm on the day of arrival and finishes at10am on the day of departure.
