DANCE  -  CHOREOGRAPHY  -  TEACHING

Bernardette Taylor is both a dancer and a choreographer. She was born in Bolton and recently returned to the UK after eight years of study in the United States, successfully graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance from Point Park University. While studying in the USA, she professionally performed in two dance companies; rEvolve Dance Theatre in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Mariana Bekerman Dance Company in New York City, while teaching Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and Creative Movement at Premiere Dance Studio in USA. Since her return she has been teaching ballet, jazz, aerobics and Pilates at 'Sunshine Studios' in Manchester. With an interest to further her education Bernardette has also gained a NVQ Level 2 qualified Exercise to Music instructor, Mat Fundamentals and Improver and Advanced Pilates instructor.
