Booking Terms and Conditions

1. All prices stated are inclusive of VAT.

2. You must pay the deposit of 30% when you book and the balance of the price of your holiday must be paid in full six weeks before your arrival date. If you book within six weeks of the start date of your holiday, you will be required to pay the full price of the holiday when you book.

3. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non refundable. A refund of balance payments will be given on any cancellation made six weeks or more before arrival date. Thereafter if cancellation is made within six weeks prior to arrival no refund will be given although we will endeavour to re – let the accommodation and refund payments to the best of our ability.
You may wish to arrange personal holiday insurance to cover this.

4. Accommodation may be occupied from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure and must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

5. Only persons listed on the booking form may occupy the accommodation allocated. We do not accept reservations from all male or female parties unless they are a family unit. All reservations must include a person of at least 25 years of age.

6. It is essential that you check your booking confirmation form as any amendments to this may be charged for.

7. All accommodation is non smoking but pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

8. Damages/loss. We endeavour to cover the cost of minor damages etc, but reserve the right to charge for damages of a more extensive nature at our reasonable and fair discretion.

9. FORCEMAJEUR – We can not accept responsibility or pay compensation for circumstances which amount to ‘force majeure’, which subsequently affect the provision of our service to you.
